Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): At time 3:05:30 ABOVE Raghunathan uses his brakes, leading to him getting pushed and thrown onto the barriers. I'm not sure what else he can expect if he's braking and turning that hard when I'm just as close to him.

Raghunathan thinks that he got pushed unfairly, and appears to have issued not one but multiple !report(s) leading to me getting a yellow card and a 24h community ban.

My expectations out of this report is to ideally get an unban and for megatonzxc to receive proper actions relative to him abusing !report.

The report was partially because you crashed me but also because of the overall interaction I had with you which felt more like a bot who wants their 300 in the quickest manner possible at any costs. My reasons were the following:

1) The contact with me and then no apologies on the contact.

2) You going wrong way to get to me on the other side.

3) I respectfully told you that the I am going to pit as the crash was not fair instead of running. To which you said "sure" and pretended to not bust me. But then you went ahead and took advantage and busted me. (which was an opportunity to fix your mistake or at least acknowledge it).

4) An admin contacted you in public chat and told you to be more careful to which you replied, "Not my fault" not acknowledging your mistake again.

At this point I reported you once thinking that you will get warning if you do something like this again in another chase, as you clearly dont see any wrong you did there or have courtesy to apologize or post a bind.

I am sure it wasnt only my report that led you to a red card and you must have some other reports as well. There were multiple players rejoicing your red card in the chat.

1) So, let me get this straight. The cop behind is closing up the gap on you. You and I were doing 200 kph, and you suddenly decide to decelerate, I collapse on you, is it my fault? Never.

2) Check out rule 10.0.1

3) Yes, but you are also missing this critical bit.

4) I'm not sure why you'd report knowing an admin saw it, and no !report(s) do not count as warnings they get people banned.

Oh and for reference, I'm not looking at copping as a lucrative business, I don't know why you're thinking that getting a pitstop mid-chase is now an acquired right.

Just because other COPs allow you doesn't mean you can use it as a reset mechanism to fix whatever happens that you label as "crashing", and if that's not the case you report whoever involved.

I didn't see "you pit i bust" message and in hindsight I wouldn't have reported if I read it then. My apologies.

But back to the initial contact

5.4. Force / Physical Contact
Any force used must be calculated and tactical. The direct impact of intentional contact should cause very minor or ideally no damage to either car. Ramming is forbidden.

That contact was far from tactical and certainly caused me heavy damage.

That is still understandable if you admit that you should have kept some distance or would have said sorry! But you refuse to see any wrong. Maybe put yourself in shoes of the suspect. A suspect should be able to make a corner without being yeeted into oblivion.

As per TC guidelines:
You should !report when you think that any of these are true:

The offender is not sorry for breaking the rules (you broke rule 5.4 and were not sorry)
The offender does not improve despite being told about the rules ( you were told this even by an online admin )


Regardless, it was a fair report from me given the circumstances and your red card was the result of your cumulative reports by others as well.
