Lots of team changes to announce

Hello everyone,

Today we are announcing a number of rank changes.

First of all, we regrettably must announce that Blacktop has stepped down from his rank of Inspector. Blacktop has been a friendly face of the [TC] CityDriving Team since 2016. Thankfully he will continue as a [TC-G] team member.

Secondly, Petsu has been promoted to Inspector! This is due to his excellent effort and contributions. Congratulations, Petsu.

Thirdly, we are happy to announce that Tupex has been promoted into the temporary role of Chief Constable in Training (CCiT). At the same time, Kumail will return to his Inspector rank after completing his CCiT period. Kumail was a great help to management and did extremely well.

Lastly, we are very pleased to announce that both Recruits have passed their recruitment period, and are now Constables of the [TC] CityDriving team!
