Em30 Rally not for sale?

Hi tried to buy EM30 Rally as i rented one and thought i buy it form new.
price tagged 30.000.
however when i entered car dealer i noticed this car is simply not for sale at all?
so just wondering why that is because its a fairly normal road car to use.
i mean would make more sense to have that on sale than some of the hugely overpowered cars actually on sale. did no one suggest it to be sold or did i do something wrong in some way?
in rent showing the car is priced 30.000.
but not showing in car dealer at all.

if anyone can explain that without moving the thread or actually answering to what i ask and not some other stuff like posted wrong or whatever the last threads had of not really being answered. so just like to get a straight answer.

if a suggestion is missing to this then i like to suggest it can be bought in car dealer.
