Why are only specific vehicles allowed in-game?!

Hi,

At the time of writing this message, we are trialling (for the first time) a themed vehicle event. This is essentially where the available vehicles resemble a specific theme. In this trial, the theme is 1970s and older. This means you will see people driving around in old-looking vehicles suited to the theme.

There will be a similar event as part of the 2024 Christmas Events (to be announced).

Depending on how popular this proves to be, we may look to do these every now and again. Of course, in the future we could look into e.g., 1980s-only theme, 2000s, etc. There are many possible combinations.

These themes will only last for a few hours or a few days at a time. It's just a way to keep things interesting.
