I assume you're using a translator. I'd suggest using a different one, because there is some nonsense here. I have no idea what you typed in to get "tampons", but I guarantee it's not the word you want.

This user was seen driving very poorly before the first time stamp had even started. Constant wrong-siding, causing crashes and no sorry etc. This user will be banned for 14 days.

Your standard of driving around luanlk123 was not perfect. He did 'harass' you at the first timestamp. Instead of letting him pass, you blocked him twice before he brake-checked you. Let me remind you and other road users, that you should follow at a safe distance and be able to stop if the car in front does. This is something you need to keep in mind, but I am not condoning brake checking at all - this is a way for you to avoid crashing in these situations.

At 45:34 YOU caused the crash, not luanlk123. He was driving in his lane, you did not look right to see if there was space and crashed into his side. He did appear to start steering towards the left as you entered his lane. Be aware of your surroundings and don't expect others to give way when they don't have to.

The user did 'harass' you by flashing their lights and tailgated you at the end of the replay. I would advise pulling over and using !sos and call the police, as tailgating is illegal.
