I already had a 1-week ban, but now I looked on the site and I have a 40-day ban, what is this ban for?

The ban was extended from 7 days to 45 days. The 7 days was not the final length - it was pending review from an admin with a higher rank. This is due to our internal processes.

45 days is an exaggeration. Is this ban just because of the previous incident?

I didn't hit Muffin on purpose, then I wanted to go back for a pit stop, but I had an accident. Before all of this, a player was constantly hitting me and provoking me, I want my ban time to be reduced.

You're saying you didn't hit me on purpose. You entered the intersection at full speed? This was done on purpose. I don't care who provoked and angered you. It wouldn't have been enough to apologize for this mistake. The damage you caused to the car was your fault, not mine. As a result of this accident, my vehicle overturned. You didn't even turn around and help. You should have paid. Please re-read the rules during your ban period. Especially the map-specific rules.
