He wrong sides at 4:17, probably an accident.
Okay, so the speed limit at Caste Hill is 55 mph. He goes 60mph tops at around 4:34, so he must think leeways are for cops too - they aren't though. At Hillcrest Av, where the speedlimit is 45mph, he goes 55mph at 4:47. The speed at Station Blvd is 45mph and he goes 55mph at around 5:13.
