Reason: User #1 is driving around with a cop skin on and most of the time he is using horn 5 while pretending to be a cop. User #1 gets in a chase with user #2 and the ramfest begins. User #3 joins the party at one point aswell.

Timestamps:

• 2:57 - He gets hit by #Djzk.and turns on his siren
• 5:02 - max gets hit by #Djzk. once again and the "chase" continues
• 5:16 - max hits #Djzk.
• 5:13 - #Djzk. hits max
• 5:57 - max goes on the wrong side to hit #Djzk. head on
• 6:24 - max hits #Djzk. once again
• 6:35 - #Djzk. rams max
  

This chase/ramfest continues until 8:40 where max seems to give up.

However, at 9:44 #Djzk. returns and the chase continues.

At 13:35 jacob_cz joins the fun with a ram and max starts to chase jacob_cz. The chase ends at 19:40 where max flips, during this chase there are plenty of rams etc.

The madness ends at 24:29 where max disconnects.

Unfortunately, for some reason my replay is not showing a police skin on the user, just a blank skin. However, judging by some related reports about it on his URS and this thread, I can assume that he is, not that it makes much of a difference in this case.

Right so, yes, Max has been using horn 5, and ramming. URS warning for this.
Djzk has been ramming. URS warning for this.
Jacob has been ramming. Ban for this due to previous offences.

This is quite a large report and I hope I haven't missed anything/anyone out.

EDIT: Also, most of the ramming I saw was actually on the roads and in unsafe places. Not just in that little area.
