Majority of the occurences above in the timestamps, Saphira also caught the user ramming towcat [COP] whilst he was in a chase.

According to the URS, he was kicked by Saphira. Without checking the replay I'd like to ask if you think that already solves the case?

Yep, Saphira did kick him. But I don't know if she took the ramming done to me and the other 2 into consideration (no idea if she saw it or not). If not, then it's upto you to take further adequate actions, if the kick was based on all the ramming, I'm fine with that.

I'll resolve this report when I can, but I've asked Saphira whether she kicked this guy for the same situation. I don't want to take further action if she's already done a kick, so I'll see what she says.
