- Reason for report: I was coming onto highway 1 and we had a crash. I was waiting for a sorry then he just comes and rams me with no sorry again...

I'll look into this now.

From what I can see, yes, he did ram you, but he was provoked because you crashed into him. Either way it's not acceptable and given his history he will receive a ban, but equally I'd expect anyone to apologise for any accident they cause so bare this in mind please.
