hello can someone explain what is this ? i was using a VPN while registering first time on this server the problem from it ? help please

Yes I was using one , and now banned any helps ?

i forgetted that i was using one , well in our country some website doesn't work because of our ISP

Please remember to turn it off next time otherwise it causes problems.
