Attempt to push me into ongoing traffic, highly doubt this is allowed.

IMO there should be no difference between just an attempt and successfully doing this, I just managed to avoid it because of reacting quickly.

Note: I informed TC Stephen about this on the server already, but when he was about to check it he timed out, therefore I don't know if he has dealt with it already or not.

It did look like he tried to push you into the oncoming traffic and also later tried to pit you which would have caused the oncoming chase problems too, I will give him a warning to make sure he checks his map and does not use traffic as a way to damage/lose a cop.
