LFS seems to be juddering?

I've recently started to notice LFS is quite juddery, I have a decent frame rate and it never used to be like this, any suggestions to what could have went wrong?

Could you give details of your specs and the normal framerate you usually expect to get on LFS?

Is it occasionally or is it all the time?

What LFS version are you running on?

I remember having such a thing after I changed (connected/removed) some controllers.
