Description of incident (inc date & time): I got into a chase with [6S] B!ll [COP] and thug [cop] and when I was busted, I will admit I got very testy with thug because she was very rude afterwards. Once I was busted I was mad at thug for saying "get rekt nerd" so I specced and got testy with thug. She then proceeded to get very rude with me (watch next 5-7 minutes of the replay) and I then tried saying sorry for being a lunatic and she said "I dont care".

From what I found out about the hit which led to the argument, it was performed illegally in terms of the rules. Please view the below picture.

Your use of physical force focused on the police officer's car. That's OK, but in fact, you hit the car's door. You essentially thrust the police officer against a wall. That is not allowed, since the police cannot do that to you, too.

Now for the argument in itself. You are right in thinking that the user was rude to you. Under no circumstances should this kind of language be used in conversations. I am chiefly talking about the name calling for which you are both responsible. RumbleWolf, remember that when you encounter something similar to this incident, stay calm. Don't begin with the ‘shut ups’. If you feel someone broke the rules, you should talk to the user first. If it's of no avail, then inform administrators.

Val, what you said was inappropriate, and you know it. Remember that as funny as it may seem, ‘noob’ can be considered a word to verbally abuse other people. It can also be highly provocative. Plus, blatantly swearing in main chat is very obnoxious and a punishable offence. You should know this.
