Description of incident (inc date & time): Using vobs, he was claiming it's lag cause he's from brasil but i sure never seen that kind of lag before.

I might be missing a few timestamps but it should be obvious enough. Towards the end his clutch is at around 50% and he's plowing thru fz5s like it's nothing.

Yes there does seems to be some strange physics associated with contacting this users car,

I will add a note to his record that a VOB mod check will be undertaken at the next available opportunity.

The crash damage and impact speed seem completely random thus i agree with the potential that this user could have been using a mod at the time
