I am also reporting this guy on behalf of Luffy. He overtook Luffy's chase at 32 min 05 sec.
I was running from a chase when this guy deliberately steered into me at 37 min 02 sec, causing my car to have multiple damage and be caught soon afterwards. He did not say anything after the crash.
