Description of incident (inc date & time): It was today ( 07:30 PM ) about 16:30 (UK TIME ) I was trying to talk with him but he didn't answer at all.

he insta reapplies throttle showing he is not going to keep distance, so i generate a gap incase the suspect uturns
5:40 "revenge" hit. i do !lost and chase him for failure to move
5:50 he shows no sign of stopping. barely chance to avoid that, plus lag involved, which seems to be a good excuse for them all the time.
but yes,, im very very sorry for accidentally hitting him and i should have apologized.

Ill gladly post it here again for you, so you can look everything up. Inlcuding your ignoring of the "move", the actually offence ("failure to move") and last but not least my responses in the way you approached me. "?" and "wtf" is not really the way i tend to take serious.

So first things first, the reason why i think you fined him for Bee is causing an accident, which would make sense from your perspective because both Panda and example seemed like they had an accident. However checking the replay i noticed it must have been some sort of lag or glitch or something, because they weren't even close to each other. That being said, example you did fail to move for chase (pull aside and slow down so chase can safely pass) and since this report is not about you but about barney, i will take no action in this case.
