(I take it he had done stuff long before this, whenever he'd joined but this is all I have got since it would take a lot longer for me to write it up.)
26:36 - Wrongside's into MariusMM.
30:45 - I exit 2nd pit, using my siren because I had just joined a chase (ended right after) and he then rams me.
31:38 - I turn right to go to a pitstop, he then wrongside's again into me, causing an accident.

Replay 2:
3:42 - Pull's out causing Mans' Elvis to crash into him, he then spins onto the wrongside causing Jizzle/R.Fiets to hit him. (I think his intention was to break rule 1.5.)
4:00 - Follows the chase, then rams into it at the corner. Then reversing and ramming R.Fiets.
5:00 - Brake checks MaCIK causing MaCIK to hit his rear. (Cop was in chase.) Seconds later, he followed MaCIK to safezone 3.
5:00 - He then rams the chase (in safezone 3) and flees.
6:42 - Rams into the chase again.
7:25 - Rams R.Fiets again.
7:40 - Rams MariusMM again.
9:08 - Pits during a chase.
9:30 - Spawns then rams MaCIK again.
10:13 - Rams (what I think at the time was a chase?).
11:00 - Rams MaCIK.
11:44 - Rams into yellow XRG (characters won't work with google) at the traffic lights.
12:00 - Brake checks MisoSVK.
12:18 - Rams into byEdoo, then pits during the chase.
12:35 - Then avoids swear filter.
13:55 - Rams into byEdoo (whether helping or breaking 1.2, I don't know. you decide here.).

He then leaves.

Description of incident (inc date & time): I get back from cleaning my room and find this guy ramming for no reason. Has no respect for the rules although being told to read them. Doesn't seem like he has even bothered to dust over them once.

I've just banned this user for 7 days for similar incidents occurring on the serve just now.
