i was abusing the system when insim was off

1st i did not know when insim was off i will be banned from it
2nd i believe it was a stupid act i believe i should get a unban
3rd i been playing in tc server for a long time and i believe i should get another chance
4th i truly believe i was in the wrong for spamming in tc server but i wish to get another chance

I always struggle to understand why, when the insim is off, people think the rules no longer apply.

Taking the auto-spam fine as an example, the insim doesn't enforce that for fun. It does it because it ruins the game-play for other users. Therefore just because the insim is down and you won't be auto-fined for it, it doesn't mean it's an acceptable thing to do.

Either way, Chuck issued this ban so he can comment.
