Description of incident (inc date & time): I logged on and started driving on AB, I noticed on the other side of the AB (Inside) Mkshr.s arab drifting on the straights, completely side to side, at a slower speed than speedlimit as far as I could see.

I am unsure of how he does not know the rules surrounding arab drifting, he first joined in 2015. I even gave him a reminder of the rule, without any reply or acknowledgement, if I was speeding he could've arab drifted infront of myself and ruined a trip.

His setup also gives away instantly what he's doing, jelly suspension, camber all the way to the sides, hybrids on rear, normals on front, its clear to see he's purposely arab drifted by his setup & car.
