ciMin, you always should speak to rule-breaker before reporting him. Most problems can be easily solved by talking. Please remember to do it in future.
Kaaktus received confirmable warning for driving wrong way on Autobahn. juanpablo received confirmable warning for following his suspect on wrong side of Autobahn for quite a long distance. Action has been taken as described
