3:45:37- Here you see him waiting to block/ram me but my chase takes a different route
3:45:54- Here he blatantly attempts to block/ram me
3:47:00- He does it again here, causing damage to my car and almost flipping me off the bridge
3:48:17- He does it yet again causing even more damage

I tried to talk to him after my chase, and he denied he did anything. When I asked him if he was going to apologize he said "yes" but then proceeded to not apologize. He's not new to the server so I don't know why he thinks these actions are acceptable.

Hello, on that replay I noticed emppuz98 interfering by hitting you two times.
The first incident looks like pure confusion.

Two admin were online at the moment of the incident, yet you did not use !tc or !rc.
Next time please attempt this before filling a forum report.
