Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
I had the luck to meet this player, who really "obeys" the rules of the servers. It already begins at the 15th second of the replay.
00:15.00 "who all wants to gang up on the cops with me"
04:45.00 - Probably gets told by the cop to stop dangerous parking. He then clearly starts to provocate the cop.
05:24.00 - Drives on the road without looking, causing a dangerous situation for others
05:55.00 - "guess ill drive to the pits at 5mph endangering everyone"
06:38.00 - Tries to provocate the cop again with driving on the wrong way. Note: Keeps driving on the wrong way. (Until 06:59.00)
08:16.00 - I am driving faster than 100 km/h, I saw him in the mirror. He still hits me.
I won't lie, I did brake check, although it is not a nice thing to do, the rules don't mention anything about that. (It does about provocating accidents, but in this case I tried him to realise that he got to keep some distance, no provocation was intended) And it wasn't hard at all.
08:26.00 - Pushes me through the street
08:41.00 - I ask him if he has to say anything
08:44.00 - I turn left
08:51.00 - I tell him "you just hit me multiple times"
09:02.00 - "you brake checked me multiple times"
09:35.00 - I ask him "Shouldn't you say something if you hit people ?"
09:50.00 - He laughs about the other's fuNnY comments with "haha"
In short he doesn't care at all and clearly didn't know anything about the rules on the servers.
