There are small profs of the incident. What you did is apply a skinkit over mine and change police letters.

It's really good that there appear new skinners and see that [TC] life don't die, always appear new people with a lot of motivation. But stealing other work, it's just a shame.

There are a lot of people who have asked me if they can use my work or part of it for do their skins, and it's obviuos that can be done, even I help to them to create their new work and show some tips. We're a comunity, and we have to help each other. But what you have done it's really bad, you never asked me anything.

Although I understand your frustration, this is not something that we can 'prevent' or 'forbid'. This thread is only meant for a skin approval to ensure it meets all cop skin requirements.

First of all, this "Nedas skin" i got his psd by him, and i got all permissions to edit skin, its obvious, because he gave me his "skin psd".
