He uses the electric vehicle pit stop bug three times. Timestamps under the MPR's.

I reported him, but there is no admins, so i am reporting him on here.
I tried to speak to him but he did not see.

Before the action, I feel suitable to highlight some points:

You failed to talk appropriately to the rule-breaker before reporting him. Also, you shouldn't have used the !report system and after forum report resources. If you use the in-game report system, in most cases, a forum report is not necessary (use only if the user persists in breaking the rules).
