Cop skin approval (Approved)

I was asked to post the following skin for approval. I was told the back could cause confusion.

While that livery does exist physically in real life, it's not actually a livery that is used in regular service. That vehicle (or vehicles with that livery) will usually attend public events for promotional reasons. Thanks to Carl for this information.

Your front and sides are OK. If you could tone down the shape of the flames on the rear, this should be more suitable and in line with current regulations.

I changed the shape and colours of the back to make it resemble an actual police car more. Please let me know if this is sufficient or what other changes I could make.

After some internal discussion, this has been deemed within the rules - albeit barely - some opinions were mixed/undecided.
