stuck S2 account with insim money

Is it possible to rescue some money and cars from S2 account? I do now have a S3 account and neither of the accounts are banned.

Just out of curiosity, why did you buy an S3 account instead of upgrading your existing S2 account? You could have kept your cars and money.

This wont work, I cant connect to the server, the account is S2.

Upgrading to S3 is not an option since I already bought one.
