Reason for reporting: I was in a chase with him and 3 other cops, he went into the enclosed part at the chicane at the top of HW1 and i went round to block him off, i overshot the exit, leaving half of the exit free but Rudy pauses for a sec then decides to send me over the barrier spinning. I confronted him saying "there was NO need for that" and he replies "there was, i was trapped".
Rule 3.10 states that
"You are permitted to use the force necessary to break through a roadblock."
However i would not say that was necessary at all.

Greetings.

I've looked through the replay and got some things to say. First of all, i did not see the small exit right behind you, i would've hit you anyways. Second of all, the "there was, i was trapped" was said in the heat of the moment as i really dont want to stop to discuss it with you right there. I do admit that i used a bit too much force when getting through. However, i did not intend to ram you and didnt know how much force i needed to use, so i do apologize for that.

Just to repeat myself; The main thing is firstly that i did not know exactly how much force to use, but i did not accelerate above 80km/h and hit you as hard as possible. Second of all, that "exit" you're talking about would have been useless and i'd still hit you with the same ammount of speed and that would've been a "ram" too. I had no choice other than to get caught, and i did not want that either.
All in all, sorry for making you fly over the barrier, that was not my intention at all

Too much force there, you accelerated right into him just before impact, could have been handled much better. Fella, I've given you a little warning basically meaning that you have to tone down the force when escaping the police.
