● Description of incident (inc Date & Time)
it starts at 34:15 where 3lvis doesn't seem to care about our chase and just drives into it... he moved then, but he keeps following, it even looks like he was trying to hit bomb.
at 34:45 the chase stops and he just drives between our cars again.
at the same time thesaemi96 sees our chase and brakes, but then he's kicking in again... right into my back.

rules that have been breaked in my opinion:
ignoring sirens (by both of them), ramming a cop in chase (thesaemi96)
