Not sure what the time was.

Anyway, see replay at 31:18.
I come driving out the roundabout at AB and he pulls out in front of me, it might look a little like I deliberately aim for him, though I thought he was going to pass on the inside, which is why I steer to the left.

There was no way you could react in that time or avoid him, your reaction was fine. He however did go wrong way into the roundabout and hit you without apologising.

Not only did he not apologise, but he also denied you an apology:
