he rammed me in chase

User was angry for what happened at ~1:05:20 (although what you did was within the rules although could have been better executed) so he decided to intentionally ram you, he made sure he hit you hard enough by reversing a little bit prior to the ram.

He has received a warning for intentional & unsuitable force as a suspect.

Action has been taken as described.
