Blackwood Layout Trial

Hello,

We are trialing a new Blackwood layout. The changes can be found on Highway 1. There is a central reservation running the entire length of the straight with intermittent gaps for emergency u-turns. The roundabout has been replaced by a T-Junction that gives priority to traffic from H1 south to Southpark and vice versa.

If the new layout does not prove to be as effective as the previous one then we will revert.
