Hello there,
The first time stamp 1:45:11 he was just trying to turn right, the reason he hit you is because you were coming up from his right not noticing he was braking for the turn. When he started to turn is when he hit you, even if this was a deliberate its a legit move because this is just a block.
Now for the second time stamp 1:46:26, this is definately a deliberate ram. This can't be accounted for as a block or p.i.t. attempt. Angel clearly turns almost full force right into you as you approach his left side. Even though you couldn't pit him from there as the apex is going against you, Angels action was still wrong. Due to previous records of ramming he will receive a small ban for this.
