He failed in moving for sirens before this all but this is enought i think.

Nofy: In 10 minutes of replay i've watched him follow and interfere with a chase for nearly 4 minutes, stunt in pits, disrespect the sirens again and hit a cop involved in that chase without apology, overtake another chase and knowingly laugh about it and knowingly park in the middle of the road twice.

Bill: He rammed you, rammed nofy and intentionally blocked a user coming down the highway.

I'm going to issue a large ban to the user since he clearly doesn't give a damn about our rules and has only just come back from a 40 day ban.
