I join server, I have no money, no cars, and no KM's. (No I did not buy my account second hand.) What is the reasoning for this? HELLO

You sold your XRT and sent €23k to PVL2, you will need to be restricted to a UF1 for a few hours on the server before you can buy another car. Just ask a member of the team to help you when you're next online.
