I can edit one of my Finnish police skins for your preferences if you'd like. I have covered most cars (TBO's, RAC, FZ5, LX6, XFR) on the "old" finnish livery, and have FZ5 and working on FXO with the new colours with the yellow reflectors and such.

For FZ5 I have MB CLS AMG bodykit and for FXO I have available: VW Passat, Audi RS4, Skoda Octavia RS 2014.
