Description of incident (inc date & time):
12.06.2015, around 2:35 UK time - I stopped on the side of the road and the user rammed in me high speed. I also noticed previous complaints about the user's actions, which should also be found in the replay before the timestamp given. At the moment of ramming me, Police horn was used from his side.

Ok, well it's safe to say that he was online just to troll and ram everyone in his sight.

Clearly not of any productive use to the server, so a ban shall be issued.
