Description of incident (inc date & time): This user was flipped by me while in chase (note that he is 9 Years old) and decides it's a good idea to avoid swear filter and say this "FY CANCER D*CK" and so on so forth! THEN RAMS me like 3 minutes later!

The user is new with only 9 hrs [TC] gaming time, this user has received an in game warning about ramming and swearing.

Furthermore a 1000 euro fine for avoiding the swear filter.
