Cannot Purchase a Used Car

I was trying to buy a used car (!buy <VIN>, I know) but the insim would instantly close itself after I submitted the request. Any help please?

EDIT: Shortly after I posted this, I tried it again after waiting about 15min and it worked. I have the car in my possession now, but I would like this to stay so others can be aware just in case it happens to someone else.

It's because you need to be in a safe zone to buy new/used cars.
