- Replay Timestamps: 58:20 Chase is passing us, she loses control a bit but nothing very bad, right after that i told her not to pass that chase but she told me that they were almost standing there and we passed them without touching anyone or doing any harm. At 1 hour timestamp some guy with black XFG passes the chase, no siren respect + fullspeed(no problem with that?). Right after that when i crash Special, Thomas warns again my gf who even didn't crash anyone.(?)
1:02.30 i accidentally blocked a cop again not my gf.
1:03.35 she goes for a wallride and then gets banned
1:03.50 Hoshi is having a good time when my gf got banned (nice dude)
1:04.45 Thomas has a nice xD after banning. Not very polite.

- Reasons as to why you think you deserve an unban: I was actually driving with my friend's licence (martzz) and my gf was driving with my account. We were having some fun and never noticed [TC] Thomas's warnings. I told her it is not allowed to overtake chases but the chase was actually not moving so I can't call it an overtake so i followed her and passed the cops.(She was driving next to me) Then I crashed Special who was chased( !not my gf ). She managed to avoid collision, then Thomas warned again her, not me. And in the end she went for that wallride and she got banned even though my wallride was bigger. I think there wasn't enough reason to ban her. Everyone could have understood that it is a girl driving who isn't very experienced in the LFS community. A simple kick would have drawn our attention enough. Hope you understand.
I have driven over 30k kms in TC server and had a lot of fun and seen quite a lot of stuff but i have never seen one getting banned for so little thing.

Stephen was the one who actioned your ban two seconds after I also banned you. So clearly if two admins banned you within 2 seconds of each other, it's clear that banning was the only option. I'll leave it to him to decide, but I'm certainly not going to grant an unban request here. You take full responsibility for your account and as you have been warned and kicked for it before, there's no excuse.

It does make difference about gender and driving experience - you can't expect an amateur driver to drive like a pro. She managed to avoid crashing with cops. No bad intentions at all.

I never saw any Stephen-s there at that moment and can't see his/her try to ban me either so i can't see what are you talking about.
I would really like that some other admin checked that case because you answer my long post with 2-3 sentences and not talking even half the problems i saw there, even not sure that you have read my post. Doesn't seem so, sorry.

You're right, it's not. So I'm not sure why you bought it up. But the fact is you've had warnings/kicks on your account before, and a warning today in game, but ignored them all. Gender has nothing to do with it.

ok, I was made aware that you and your friend who was using your account (along with someone else) that you were all trying to hill climb on the server. I came in and you had stopped which was good. I then watched each of you for a little bit at a time, until i saw 'petux' was getting close to a chase, so I warned the user, threatening with a report (as I was undercover). I kept watching this user only to find her doing it again when I had just asked her not to interfere with chases, I was going to let her go but I had a look at the URS and it had at least 4 different entries involving cops (ramming/overtaking/interfering). When I saw this I Decided that what I'd seen was enough, as you have had previous warnings for that kind of behaviour.

About the 'someone else was using my account', that's not my problem. I assumed that you, the owner were using said account. I also assumed that it was you breaking the rules. This is why there's a 'your account is your responsibility' policy in place. As well as that account sharing isn't allowed, so even more reason to have it.

I was accused by Thomas, who said that i had had several kicks and warnings to be banned. I haven't been kicked for anything illegal or warned to be banned. I dont understand him, like he had something personally against me. But okey that's not what i want to talk about.

I agree about not giving attention to your warnings but believe it or not, we didn't notice it until got banned. I am really sorry for this.

I really like to get chased and like the adrenaline when 4 cops are chasing but i have never had a problem with any cops for me ramming a cop. I always behave to a chasing cop like the cop behaves to me. None of the cops have told me about the problem. But i have struggled a lot with dirty cops and never reported any of them on URS. I regret that. Will report every person who does not follow the rules.

About someone else...
But if you are playing LFS and you are changing your name and picking a name from the list, then LFS tells everyone that an other name has taken over or something like that(at least it does in my language) from this i can tell you that it is not illegal someone else to drive with my account in my computer(otherwise everyone who have changed their name there are sharing license??). Can't call it sharing licence.But if i give my account details so we can both play any time. This would be sharing an account.

So what i see is that both of you are looking for other details to accuse me of but you haven't commented about:

My understanding of account sharing is: if you let someone use your account, login or not it's still sharing the account, otherwise anyone could just say that and be unbanned.

I'll tell you what, if you can keep your account to yourself (meaning, you use it and nobody else), i'll reduce your ban to a week. Does that sound alright?

Okey that's fine by me. I agree with being punished but 21 days was a little too much for this and the most irritating for me was the attitude of Thomas(while being an admin) + his replys to my posts. Sorry but that's the truth. I really don't know why he hates me. But okey, i can live with that. Just i don't want any enemies on the server because it just wouldn't be fun anymore. Hope i can show my better side to you next time.
