In this following picture that you'll be able to download/view, you can see that he is saying hes mskon.

Another is, he keeps calling me "indomie" because I live in Indonesia and Indomie is a local product, but I don't know why is it related to me.

I am reporting this user because he is evading a ban placed on his original account "vintor". I have provided all necessary evidence. Maybe matching IP too?
