Description of incident (inc date & time):

Whilst I was chasing a guy, Vito interfered by getting into my way two times on purpose : He steered his car infront of me twice and said he wasn't "paying attention" when I pointed out this.

I wouldn't have wrote this report if he didn't take me for what I'm not.

At first glance, I'm not entirely sure if the first incident was deliberate or not. However, due to the second incident, this semi-confirms that he was pushing his luck as he seemed to perform the manoeuvre of just missing the two COPs with deliberation.

Furthermore, in relation to other prior entries of this user with the overuse of swearing and the word "sh*t", he will receive a 3 day ban. He said this in both of the incidents, and both being his fault.
