Main reason(s): keep speaking non English in main chat even i asked them over 5 times to stop and they keep , saying they don't know how to pm and each of them got over 3k hrs and 600 hrs even alkaser was or vegta talled them the way how to pm but they keep chatting nonenglish

I can see them constantly speaking Russian on the chatlog. The server clearly isn't empty and the rules have to be followed at all times anyway.

I'll give them both a confirmable warning to stop.
