Thanks for the report, and welcome to the server. Just to note first of all, could you please use "hostr" in future for replays as the "speedy share" site you linked to was anything but speedy!

Secondly, although the other user was clearly in the wrong, you may have been able to prompt him to apologise by speaking to him directly before reporting--it might have been the case that the user lagged slightly and didn't register the hit from his side.

However, I have given him a confirm-able warning to stick to the correct side and apologise if he believes he may have caused a crash.
