Main reason(s): Disregard for sirens and server rules regarding crashing without an apology and finding it 'funny' after being confronted with the issue, the user was drifting at a slow speed with plenty of time to anticipate the police chase ahead with both audible and visual sirens present. I would have been happy with a simple sorry but continued to be 'cocky' with me about the issue and insisted that what happened was not his fault nor did he owe an apology at this time i reminded him of the rules regarding respecting sirens ect.

This user's had a history of this same kind of attitude in crashing into someone and then blaming the victim along with the crap attitude.

He will be banned for 31 days for clearly not learning his lesson last time.
