Please be patient, we will reply shortly. Checked the replay 3 times and i do believe fine is in place. Why? Because you made a user slow down to let you cross safely. It is borderline, but i do believe a fine is valid but it is all dependant on the COP in question. Others might not have fined you and that would've been perfectly fine aswell. Refund Request Denied
