A very interesting situation (Ban Reduced by Sheep)

● Reasons as to why you feel you deserve an unban: I completely deserve to be banned and I take full responsibility of ramming the user 'Dude', but...

He made a post about me ramming here: http://forum.city-driving.co.uk/showthre...?tid=25185 which is not only amusing, but missing a lot of important information which proves to him being hypocritical and a liar. His post is also full of misinformation. I dare you to ask for both full replays he took that night and see what he says... (P.S. I know he has both full replays, so if he says otherwise he's lying)

This 'incident' started when I was driving in my line a bit over the speed limit and I understeered towards the left hand side of my line, at that same time the user 'Dude' started driving in the direction of my lane. We hit each other at 110-120kph (we both were driving roughly around the same speed at the moment of impact, which also means he must've been speeding) and at the moment of impact the part of my car that made contact was in my lane and the part of his car that made contact was also in my lane (which you can see in the screenshot posted above). Now I don't really mind if someone says sorry or not after hitting, but if I ever hit someone and the incident is my fault then I will apologise. So I was expecting him to say sorry considering he hit me in my lane, but to my disbelief he started blaming this on me. Right after that he hit me ('"rammed" into me' as this server calls it) on purpose as I was entering the roadside pits and didn't say anything about it, not even a "sorry" which I was expecting after both instances of him hitting me.


Then I saved the replay.... I don't save replays often, so at the time I didn't realise I could only have 1 replay per session, which is why I have barely any replay footage. So as a solution you can ask any other person who was online at that time for a replay and maybe they have one.


Anyways, continuing on. I don't really remember the little details, but a little while later he rammed into me at the main pits and then started following a cop so he knew I wouldn't hit him back. After he stopped I purposefully hit him after all the trouble he caused and I take full responsibility for that.


I don't mind being banned for what I did, but I ask if you ban me then ban him as well. He did the exact same things as I did and caused all the trouble in the first place.

If I am banned, I would like to know how long for? As I really enjoy this server and come here every few nights so it'd be a shammed if I'm banned forever.

P.S. I'm not sure which place this topic is meant to go since it's a bit irregular so if it's the wrong place hopefully the moderators can move it to the correct place.

I think this is kinda both, unban request and a report so I will deal with it here.

The incident happening in your replay, at 12:30, was a pure mistake from both.
You acted immature, like replying with "No i wasn't LMFAO" (wrong waying) when you were. Dude wasn't that good either. Please try to be nice to each other and solve things by speaking, not by shouting or ramming.

The ramming you did can't be overlooked. You got a 7 day ban for it. No matter what, you should never do such thing.
However, because I see a reason, (a bad reason) I can understand your ramming. I can reduce your ban by 3 days, ONLY if you can promise, that this kind of behauvior will not happen again.

Dude did indeed crash you afterwards, and also hit a parked cop. Therefore, he will receive a warning, as he is really new person.

I see your points and I completely understand. I acted a bit immaturely and I hope I wont do that in the future.
