19:38:00 - A lot of unneeded force here.

20:01:00 - User should have apologised here due to him failing to react to your braking in time.

The user in question already has his COP rights suspended for 1 day and is banned for 12 hours. If you're happy that he's already had enough punishment we will leave it at that.
