Description of incident (inc date & time): Monday 18th July at 17:10

Was joining onto back of chase along Paddock Way. User gave way, and followed closely behind me at full speed. I broke before turning down the left hander to the tunnel (as you have to), was doing around 65kph then. User emre doesn't slow down, or even avoid me, but instead rams into me at full speed, causing a huge crash, with me flying and landing upside down, unable to continue chase.

Emre doesn't stop to apologise, only shows smiley faces and does not respond to prompting after (I questioned him, as usual, why he rammed into me, he responded with ).
This is the main incident.

Other smaller incidents (earlier in replay) show him tailgating another chase, ramming into cop, and also speaking in Turkish in chat when he can actually speak fluent English. (https://gyazo.com/8b9b12390ce270c7f777a95853bbf003)

(and as this report is being made, he is still driving weirdly and crashing into people...)

Hope this will have a strong outcome. He's either trolling hard or just a annoyance...

User kept ramming on multiple occasions (plus chatting and insulting in turkisch), despite being spoken to, provided a link to rules, other turkish players trying to explain to him. User is now banned due to money abuse prevention.

User is currently serving a permanent ban for money abuse however if he gets unbanned shortly we will not unban for 15 days, starting today and ending on 3rd of August.

Reason for staying banned is as you said: ramming, failing to speak english, failing to apologise, followed chase(s).
