[Implemented] More stats for med/res and cop

Hello!
I have a suggestion for the stats on the server.
I think it would be great to see some specific TOW or RES statistics about the past if this is possible. For example:
-Gaming time TOW / RES
-how many cars you winched
-to how many calls you have responded
and more, i don't know if it works but i think it is great!

Also the same for cops, so how many chases you started and more
Is it useful, for statistics?

Hi thanks that you like it chuck, i have more ideas about it so can we write PMs if you have time? So i think its good to use new commands e.g. for police: !stats cop
And there you can see the detailed statistics!
